NLC Production Testing (Online Submission)
FBLA has worked hard to convert all instructions from a paper submission process to the online submission process, but if you should find a discrepancy, please note that anything referring to online submission should prevail.
Important Website for Online Test Submission Click here to register your proctor for the school-site production testing.
A copy of the Handbook for Production Test Online Submission is available at go.fbla.org/ProductionTests. Click Instruction Handbook. The handbook should be reviewed by district technology coordinators, advisers, and the students.
Events may not be proctored by an FBLA adviser. The proctor must complete a Certification Form online at go.fbla.org/ProctorCertification within one hour of the completion of each test.
Either the proctor or individual participant will need to have basic supplies required to complete the examination. Proctors are expected to fully DESTROY any printed testing materials after collecting them from the students and ensure that all files have been DELETED from the computer or network. Nothing will be mailed back to the national center.
Testing Coordinators: All tests must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. CT on May 10, 2019. It is important that all materials be submitted on time to allow adequate time for judging and grading. Materials that are not received on or before the start of judging will not be evaluated.
