CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
(ALL STEPS ARE MANDATORY)
Step 1 | Submit Your Chapter's NLC Drops and Attendees
DROPPING COMPETITORS:
- This form is only to be completed by an adviser with a competitor (or team) who advanced to the FBLA National Leadership Conference but WILL NOT BE attending. Please complete one of these forms for your student (or team) who WILL NOT BE attending NLC.
- This form must be completed for every qualifier who WILL NOT BE attending NLC no later than Friday, April 15, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. CT.
CONFIRMING COMPETITORS:
- This form is only to be completed by an adviser with a competitor (or team) who advanced to the FBLA National Leadership Conference and WILL BE attending. Please complete one of these forms for your student (or team) who WILL BE attending NLC.
- This form must be completed for every NLC qualifier who WILL BE attending no later than Friday, April 15, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. CT.
- If you don't confirm your competitors by this particular day's deadline, the first alternate becomes eligible for that competitive event spot at 5:01 p.m. CT.
- Afterwards, first alternates are invited to fill a vacancy in their competitive event no later than Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. CT.
- If you don't confirm your competitors by this particular day's deadline, the second alternate becomes eligible for that competitive event spot at 5:01 p.m. CT.
- Afterwards, second alternates are invited to fill a vacancy in their competitive event no later than Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. CT.
- If you don't confirm your competitors by this particular day's deadline, the first alternate becomes eligible for that competitive event spot at 5:01 p.m. CT.
- Afterwards, third alternates are invited to fill a vacancy in their competitive event no later than Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. CT.
- If you don't confirm your competitors by this particular day's deadline, the first alternate becomes eligible for that competitive event spot at 5:01 p.m. CT.
- Afterwards, fourth alternates are invited to fill a vacancy in their competitive event no later than Friday, April 22, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. CT.
Step 2 | Verify Your Chapter Competitors
Verify your chapter competitors by Friday, May 6, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. CT. Email [email protected] if there are any discrepancies.
Step 3 | Register Attendees on FBLA-NLC.org & Book Hotel Rooms
All National Leadership Conference attendees must be registered on FBLA-NLC.org between April 30, 2022 and May 19, 2022. Registration and payment are due by June 8. Payment options are credit card, check, or Purchase Order.
Tennessee FBLA will send a link to chapter advisors via email to book rooms on Monday, May 2, 2022 . Housing closes May 19, 2022. No exceptions will be given.

Step 4 | Submit Prejudged Events
This form must be completed by a chapter adviser with national qualifiers in the following events no later than Friday, May 6, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. CT:
- 3-D Animation
- American Enterprise Project
- Business Ethics
- Business Financial Plan
- Business Plan
- Community Service Project
- Digital Video Production
- Future Business Leader
- Job Interview
- Local Chapter Annual Business Report
- Partnership with Business Project
Step 5 | Submit Production Testing Documents
This form must be completed by a chapter adviser with national qualifiers in the following events between Sunday, May 10, 2022 and Saturday, May 16, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. CT:
Please provide a unique URL that leads to each production test competitor’s PDF documents, which will need to be uploaded to a cloud storage space (Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, etc.) by the competitor.
It is extremely important that the URL is publicly accessible, shareable, and with no password protections. If the judges can’t access the URL, then the submission will not be scored.
