2018 RLC Online Testing Proctor Information

RLC Testing Window: January 8-12, 2018 (ends at 5 p.m. CST daily)

Thank you for supporting the students of your local FBLA chapter by being an online testing proctor. Your willingness to proctor these students affords them the opportunity to compete with their peers across the region, state and nation. Please review the information below. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Steven.Mitchell@tn.gov or Tina.McNeal@tn.gov.

Business/marketing teachers and FBLA chapter advisers are not allowed to proctor the online testing for the regional competitive events under any circumstance.  Otherwise, the entire chapter will be disqualified.

School counselors, instructional facilitators, administrators, and librarians make perfect school-site proctors. Please schedule your chapter’s testing accordingly.

Before Testing Week
  1. Have your local chapter adviser register you as a proctor in the regional conference online registration system. The local adviser has the instructions on how to make sure you are registered.
  2. Work with your local adviser to schedule all of the competitors for a testing session. While each test must be completed in one testing session, it is acceptable to have multiple testing sessions for one chapter.
  3. Review the Proctor's Information document.
  4. Read the email from Steven J. Mitchell with detailed instructions for production and objective testing. All proctor instructions will be emailed on January 6-7, 2018).
  5. You are highly encouraged to test your students early in the week. Please avoid waiting until the last day to test your students.
During RLC Testing Week (January 8-12, 2018)
